Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

For same-day bookings, free cancellation is available within 15 minutes of booking confirmation.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a late cancellation fee of up to 20% of the service price.

This fee compensates the service professional for reserved time and travel preparation.

3. No-Show Policy

If you are not available at the service location at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, this is treated as a no-show.

No-show charges of up to 50% of the service price may apply.

The professional will wait for up to 15 minutes before the booking is marked as a no-show.

4. Cancellation by Kapston

In rare cases, Kapston may cancel a booking due to partner unavailability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

If Kapston cancels, you will receive an automatic full refund processed within 3-5 business days.

We will notify you immediately and offer to reschedule at a convenient time.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling is subject to partner availability at the new requested time.

Multiple reschedules for the same booking may be subject to restrictions.

6. How to Cancel

Cancel through the Kapston app or website by going to My Bookings and selecting the booking to cancel.

You may also cancel by contacting our support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Cancellation confirmation will be sent via SMS and email.
